Who We Are
Martin Cox
Founder & CEO
Martin Cox founded Anchor Networks in 2003 and has led it for more than two decades, building managed IT, security, and compliance services for ABA and behavioral-health practices. From 2020 to 2023 he also served as Senior Director of IT Operations at Kadiant, a multi-state ABA provider – running the day-to-day technology of exactly the kind of practice Anchor serves. Earlier in his career, Martin held senior product and technology leadership roles at networking companies including Riverstone Networks, Cabletron Systems, and YAGO Systems. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
Rohit Verma
Board Member
Rohit is co-founder at Bixpli, an ABA focused advisory, and a board member of Anchor. Rohit’s career spans strategy, technology, analytics, and executive leadership. Most recently he served as CFO at Trumpet Behavioral Health and Chief of Strategy and Growth at Kadiant. He has helped scale several companies from startups to over $100 million in revenue and has closed more than $1 billion in M&A and business development transactions.
Lani Fritts
Partner / Investor
Lani Fritts is co-founder of Bixpli, an ABA focused advisory. He has over 25 years of experience in behavioral health and autism services, and founded Trumpet Behavioral Health and Kadiant. Lani currently serves as Executive Chairman of Boost, has invested in and advises BehaviorLive, and sits on the board of the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) as Treasurer, Transitions Counseling and Consulting, and Behaven Kids.
